Jeo Vontimitta Reviews Brahmotsavam system

Tirupati: TTD JEO v Verabrahmam directed the concerned officials to make arrangements for Sri Kodandarama Swami Brahmotsavam in Von-Timitta, Kadapa district to be held from April 5 to 15.
According to the instructions of TTD EO J Syamala Rao, he reviewed the officials at his chamber at TTD Administrative Building in Tirupati on Friday.
JEO instructed the officials to make arrangements to Shri Sitarama Kalyanam on 11 April. Arrangement of housing and food for officers and employees appointed on deputation for Brahotswam. Authorities asked to install counters to distribute buttermilk and drink-NG water to prevent the heat wave. TTD vigilance officers should coordinate with the local police and prepare a plan for security and parking system.
He suggested that special attention should be paid to the entry and exit routes to the devotees at the venue of the wedding, arrangement of queues lines, parking, traffic, attractive flower decorations, electrical decorations, food offerings and distribution of pearl thermalu. He instructed to take appropriate measures to avoid blockage of power supply; Cleanliness arrangements should be made in coordination with local panchayat staff and first aid centers should be set up, and to keep the necessary medicines, ambulances and employees ready.
JEO vererabrahmam said that soon a meeting will be held with K-DAPA district officials. Deputy Commissioner Govinda Rajan, Anna Prasad’s Special Officer GLN Sastry and Town Planning Specialist Ramudu attended the meeting, while Gunabhushan Reddy, Natash Babu and other officials were almost present.
