TTD is making elaborate arrangements: Additional EO

TTD’s additional EO CH Venkaiah Choudhary, JE Veerabrahmam, District SP L Subba Rayudu and CVSO Sridhar are inspecting parking areas in Tirumala on Thursday.
Tirumala: TTD Additional EO Choudhary Venkaiah Choudhary said that elaborate arrangements are being made for the devotees coming to Tirumala for Vaikuntha Dwara Darshanam of Sri Venkateswara Swamy from January 10 to 19.
Along with JE Veerabrahmam, District SP L Subba Rayudu and CVSO Sridhar, he inspected several areas of Tirumala on Thursday.
Speaking to reporters later, the Additional EO said that since they are expecting a large number of devotees on January 10, 11 and 12, TTD has made arrangements for their stay, annaprasadam and security apart from providing Vaikuntha Dwar Darshan. A detailed plan has been made for this. This year, details of darshan timings, parking area, entry and exit gates will be included in the passes given to VIPs coming for darshan.
He said that vehicle parking has been shifted outside in Rambagicha area during these days and 10 electric buggies, additional security, staff and signboards will be arranged for the movement of VIPs and senior citizens. He appealed to the VIPs and devotees to come for darshan as per the time and date allotted on their tickets or tokens to avoid long wait.
SP L Subba Rayudu said he has reviewed the security arrangements made for the safety of devotees coming for Vaikuntha Ekadashi. He said they also discussed in detail the proper management of traffic in Tirumala and deployment of security at SSD counters in Tirupati.
Earlier, the Additional EO along with the SP inspected the parking areas next to Parakamani Bhawan, in front of Srivari Seva Sadan, and near Matrasree Tarigonda Vengamamba Brindavanam. He also inspected the queue lines and entry points at ATC and made several suggestions to the concerned officials.
Deputy EO Lokanatham, VGO Surendra, officers, police and vigilance were present.
